It looks fantastic! If I may make one criticism, it is the eyes, but not what you'd immediately think. She looks like she's staring off into space. Angling a bit downwards I think would have looked better. Still, it is a minor point, and I like the tattoos!

Great, shame we've never seen it, but you've more than made up for it on other animations. Although, Tails should have taken the X Tornado :}
